This is an Art print by Essie DeLoach print of the Gingerbread House, Savannah, Ga. Completed in 1899, it was originally built for Cord Asendorf, a German born grocer, it was family occupied until 1976. Under new ownership, the house is now a popular setting for catered, special occasion events and a favorite stop for tours. in the original cellophane sleeve. Colors are bright and clear. Estimated from the early 1990's. Matte measures 10" x 8" and is Pale Green over pink. Print measures 7" x 5 1/4".

CONDITION: Print is mint, in original cellophane sleeve. Never displayed. Please review pictures as they are a very important part of the description of condition.
