This is 5¢ Milk Cow Bull Pull Toy, Hollow Sculpture, Resin Figurine. Does not appear to be new, but a little too consistent to be natural. Found one like it but unsure if it is an older reproduction.

Dimensions: approx. 8" T x 9" L x 5.5"W weighs 2 lbs

CONDITION: Vintage condition, some scrubs. Seller reserves Cleaning to buyer. Please review picture as this represents the condition of item ordered.

COMMUNICATION
For organization purposes, ALL communication MUST be conducted through Etsy messages ONLY. There is NO guarantee that a customer’s request will be honored if this process is not followed.

CANCELLATIONS
The customers is responsible for making cancellation requests within 12 hours of their initial order (except when Holiday Shipping schedules are expedited). If any packaging has occurred after this timeframe. The customer's refund will incur the deduction of a restocking fee of 25% or $8, whichever is greater will be subtracted from any refund. The restocking fee also applies for shipping fee adjustments. The customer is responsible for making a cancellation request within 12 hours of a shipping fee adjustment notice if they choose not to continue with the order.

SHIPPING
This shop will only use the following shipping carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEX. Global Postal Shipping partners will NOT be used as an alternative carrier as they often charge additional fees after the item has been shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customers have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date received. The return order MUST be in the same condition with all original accessories. Factory Sealed items cannot be returned if opened. Basically, NO return will be honored beyond the 14-calendar return policy.

IncVintage Emporium will refund the full cost of your purchase and shipping charges, if the return is a result of seller error or the item arrives damaged. If the customer chooses to return an item due to shipping damage or seller error, the return shipping payment will be refunded but at the original cost. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect their orders upon receipt and report any inaccuracies or damages to the seller within five-calendar days. Again, NO refund will be considered beyond 14 calendar days.

If the customer chooses to return an item for reasons other than shipping damage or seller error, the return shipping costs typically are subtracted from any refund, or customers can arrange for and pay for shipping on their own. Additionally, there will be a restocking cost of either $8 or 25%, whichever is higher.

FACTORY SEALED
The Seller is not responsible for the condition of items described as SEALED or FACTORY SEALED, as these item's packages or boxes will NOT be opened for inspection. SEALED or FACTORY SEALED items are considered an ASIS purchase, and NO refund will be considered. Customers are instructed to review ALL pictures as they are important in the description of the version, appearance and condition associated with the ordered item.

LISTING CONDITION
In ALL inspections, the item is assessed first then its original packaging (box, etc.) is assessed when included. For example, an item described as MINT means the item has NOT been removed from the box or FACTORY SEALED within its packaging. Next, the condition of the item's box will be described (i.e., Box has storage wear, taped to keep intact, etc.). Customers are instructed to review ALL pictures as they are important in the description of the version, appearance and condition associated with the ordered item.

LOCAL PICK-UP OR MEET-UP OPTIONS
IMPORTANT: Some items are available for local pick up. If picked up locally, shipping costs will be FREE. Please contact Seller PRIOR TO PURCHASE to coordinate pick up or to discuss meet-up charges.

For Local Pick-up Items, the customer is welcome to arrange their own shipping. Under Customer's instruction, seller will deliver to selected carrier. Inspection of the item’s condition must be conducted and confirmed at time of release of item to carrier. Customers MUST notify the seller prior to purchase.

Realized (after spending $100 on this game between the price and $27 shipping) that we had it already. The day I received it I immediately contacted the seller to notify that I needed to return the unopened game…. He informed me of a “restocking” fee. If this is listed somewhere I could not find it - and I sent a picture of my receipt which clearly states returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days - no mention of a restocking fee. Incredibly disappointed - this is my first bad experience with Etsy - but I will look elsewhere before coming back to Etsy again - and I would avoid this seller.

The restocking cost that has always been properly disclosed in this shop's policies was explained to this customer. However, this customer refused to review this store's policies even when provided the link. This store's policy also states, "Please Read Before Making Purchase!!" All of this shop's operations have always been completely honest and transparent. The dishonest claims made by this customer since they did not obtain what they wanted do not accurately reflect the whole extent of what transpired.
